Jamie

Jamie

Office Manager

As office manager, Jamie’s job is ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, promoting staff development and training, organizing office operations and procedures, and making sure patients always come first.

Jamie has been in the dental field since 2007. She graduated from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management.
She loves getting to know patients and can answer any questions you may have about your account, insurance or treatment.
Jamie and Dr. Harter reside in Cape Girardeau with their two children, Chase and Addison. Outside the office they enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Jen

Administrative Assistant

As you enter our office you will be greeted by Jen’s smiling face! Jen is originally from Georgia. She graduated with a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from Valdosta State University. Her family moved to Missouri in 2014. She has been in the dental field for the past six years.

Jen and her husband Shawn currently live in Jackson and have two children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and traveling.

Kristen

KRISTEN

Dental Hygienist

Kristen has been a resident of the Southeast Missouri area all her life. She attended Missouri Southern State University and received an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. She continued her education receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science as well. She chose this profession because she genuinely loves being around people, she is a compassionate person, and loves to see the progress of each one of her patients.
Kristen and her husband Nate, have three children who are such blessings to them. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, riding bikes and playing tennis but most of all spending time with her children and family.

COURTNEY

Dental Hygienist

Courtney is originally from the St. Louis area. She graduated with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Lewis and Clark Community College in 2010.

She is dedicated to patient care and her knowledge, experience and gentle manner provide excellent dental care paired with a calm, stress-free environment.
Courtney, her partner Brandon and her son Lucas enjoy the outdoors, spending time at parks, the conservation nature centers and their family ranch.
ALICIA

ALICIA

Dental Hygienist

Alicia has worked in the practice since 2000. Alicia has enjoyed being involved with new technologies as they have developed and become available. She enjoys meeting new patients and ones we have seen for years have become like family to her.
Alicia is a lifelong resident of Southeast Missouri. Outside of the practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, reading and loves to watch the Big Bang Theory.
